Railway enterprises have a special role to play in preventing the transmission of HIV. The purpose of the facilitators’ guide is to brief facilitators on using the training toolkit on HIV/AIDS for the railway sector. The facilitators’ guide introduces education methods that should be used with the toolkit. It will help the facilitators to run training programmes aimed at changing behavior in the railway industry so that risky practices can be reduced. It also explains the methods that can create successful adult learning.
