A Training Manual for Enterprises on HIV/AIDS Workplace Policy and Programmes and Public Private Partnerships
This training manual provides guidelines for enterprises to create awareness amongst workers, address stigma and discrimination and implement workplace policy on HIV and AIDS.
This manual is developed as a part of ILO’s technical support to National AIDS Control Programme in India to help upscale workplace interventions and Public Private Partnerships (PPP), and facilitate the implementation of the National Policy on HIV/AIDS in the world of work, developed by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, of Government of India, in consultation with NACO, employers’ and workers’ organizations, and Persons Living with HIV (PLHIV)
