This online workshop will invite Indian ministry officials, business association members, business development service providers, non-profit organization staffs and any other stakeholders who work to support informal business owners in India.

The workshop will share recent trends and needs of informal businesses found from the ILO's need assessment research conducted by Mr Rajveer Singh, followed by introduction of the ILO's Activity-Based Learning (ABL) approach and training tools that are open source for any organizations to enhance capacity of informal business owners, particularly being used in Asia Pacific countries.
