The reading room of the ILO Library is currently closed for renovations and will remain inaccessible until the end of June 2023. Nevertheless, our librarians can help with any information requests through library@ilo.org. For external visitors who plan to use our facilities upon reopening, please submit your requests to library@ilo.org at least 48 hours before your visit. This advance notice will help us prepare and ensure a productive and smooth visit. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we improve our facilities to serve you better.

Location

  1. As a result of the ongoing renovation, the library’s reading room has been relocated to a temporary area designated as Room B (R1-North), situated outside the ILO Headquarters premises in Geneva. To gain access, external visitors must submit their requests to library@ilo.org at least 48 hours before their planned visit.

Hours


    1. Regular hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:00
    2. During the International Labour Conference (ILC) in June: Monday-Friday 9:00 to 18:00
