    This 4-week eLearning course on Green Works provides an opportunity to explore how to effectively design and implement green works initiatives to transition to a greener and more resilient society. Participants will learn how to identify and develop interventions that reduce future impact of climate change, while providing employment opportunities and enhancing the productive capacity of ecosystems. The course has been designed by the EIIP team at the ILO in partnership with ITC-ILO

  2. South-South Learning Exchange between Sudan and Jordan on Employment-Intensive Investments

    Amman, Jordan – on 27 March, 8 Sudanese delegates, representing the Ministry of Labour and Social Development, and an official of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Sudan, made a study visit to Amman, Jordan to exchange knowledge and share experiences with the Jordanian constituents as well as the ILO team in Jordan for 5 days.

  3. Employment policies for a job-rich recovery and a better future of work

    This year’s symposium focused on the follow-up to the Global Call to Action for a human-centred recovery from the COVID-19 crisis that is inclusive, sustainable and resilient. Towards this aim, it reviewed the available evidence and discussed policy approaches to assist ILO constituents in their efforts to promote labour market recovery and structural transformation processes that will shift economies to a new and better normal.
