The Governing Body:

(a) decided that the structure put in place for the 96th Session of the Conference last June should be used again for the next session of the Conference in June 2008 and that the amendments proposed above by the Working Group should be taken into account when planning this next session;

(b) decided that the mandate of the Working Group be renewed to permit it to decide, during the 301st Session (March 2008) of the Governing Body, upon the last details regarding the organization of the next session of the Conference, without going back over the items that the Governing Body had approved during this session.
