GB.344/INS/12(Add.1)/Decision

Decision concerning the addendum to the Report of the Director-General on developments in Myanmar, including information on potential follow-up action by the 110th Session of the International Labour Conference

Record of decisions | 28 March 2022
Should the Governing Body decide to appoint a Commission of Inquiry concerning Myanmar, it further decides that:

(a) an honorarium at the rate of US$350 per day be paid to each member of the Commission of Inquiry; and

(b) the cost of the Commission, which is estimated at US$966,984, be financed in the first instance from savings that may arise under Part I of the budget for 2022–23 or, failing that, through the use of the provision for unforeseen expenditure, in Part II. Should this not prove possible, the Director-General would propose alternative methods of financing at a later stage in the biennium.
