En tal sentido, establece el procedimiento de contratación; impone a cargo de la Dirección la obligación de realizar los aportes correspondientes, incluidas las prestaciones del Seguro por Enfermedad, y asegurar al contratado en el Banco de Seguros del Estado; y establece que las contrataciones no podrán tener un plazo inicial superior a los 24 meses y que la contratación no otorgará derechos ni expectativas jurídicamente invocables para acceder a un cargo presupuestal. Finalmente, aprueba el modelo de contrato laboral incluido en su anexo.
