Paragraph 2's new wording states, that abortion, out of medical and social reasons developed and regulated by state authority, is prohibited. New paragraph 8 says that RA Government establishes the regulation and conditions of abortion including the medical contraindications and necessary lists of investigations, medical and social reasons, the application form for woman applying for abortion until 12 weeks of gestation, form of consent of parents of minors applying for abortion.

Belarus - Human rights - Law, Act

Law No. 305-Z of 15 July 2015 "On Combatting Corruption". -

Introduces, inter alia, general concepts, the principles of combatting corruption, the system of measures for combating corruption (Chapter I); also state bodies who carry out combat against corruption, other organizations participating in the combatting (Chapter II); prevention of corruption (Chapter III); declaration of earnings and property (Chapter IV); corruption violations and elimination of consequences thereof (Chapters V, VI); control and supervision over battling corruption (Chapter VII).
Also amends, inter alia, the Labour Code, particularly changing the wording of the first part and the title of article 27 which now reads: "Restriction of joint employment of close relatives or persons who are in adoption relations"; supplementing article 47 (Complementary reasons for termination of employment contract with certain categories of workers in certain conditions) with new para 5-1; also makes a minor change in article 198 (Measures for disciplinary penalty).
Repeals the Law of 20 July 2006 "On Combatting Corruption" (Nationalnij reestr pravovikh aktov Respubliki Belarus, 2006, No.122, 2/1262).

Sont créées quatres sous-commissions dont chacune aura notamment à veiller sur le respect et la mise en oeuvre d'un instrument ou plusieurs instruments fondamentaux en matière des droits de l'Homme. Il s'agit de:
- la sous-commission sur le pacte sur les droits civils et politiques et le pacte sur les droits économiques, sociaux et culturels ;
- la sous commission sur la convention sur l'élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination à l'égard des femmes, sur la convention sur les droits de l'enfant et sur la convention sur droits des personnes handicapées ;
- la sous-commission sur la convention contre la torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants et sur la convention sur l'élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination raciale et ;
- la sous-commission sur les instruments régionaux des droits de l'Homme.

Introduces general provisions; sphere of impact of this law; organizational bases of realization of reproductive rights of citizens, which includes state policy in the sphere of protection of reproductive rights, state regulation in this sphere, competencies of state executive bodies. Further, deals with reproductive rights and guarantees of their realization, which include, inter alia, right to reproductive choice, right to services in this sphere, right to safe pregnancy, right to infertility treatment, right to use of contraception, use of surrogate motherhood, donation of sex cells, artificial fertilization. The final provisions introduce, inter alia, financing of state agencies who carry out protection reproductive rights.
Repeals the previous Law "On Reproductive Rights of Citizens and Guarantees of their Realization" (Vedomosti Jogorku Kenesha Kirgizskoj Respubliki, 2007, No.7-9, page 716).
