Establece los criterios para aplicar este beneficio, los requisitos formales para la celebración del Acuerdo de Colaboración y los procedimientos del Acuerdo. Incorpora el artículo 276 bis, estableciendo una pena para el arrepentido que proporcionare maliciosamente información falsa o datos inexactos. Deroga el artículo 29 ter de la ley núm. 23737, la ley núm. 25241 y el artículo 31 de la ley núm. 25246.
