  1. Mekong Sub-Regional Project to Combat Trafficking in Children and Women

    1 June 2000 - 30 September 2008

    The Project aims at contributing to the eradication of labour exploitation of children and women in the Great Mekong Sub-region.

  2. Forced Labour and Trafficking: the Role of Labour Institutions in Law Enforcement and International Cooperation in China

    1 January 2005 - 30 April 2008

    The project aims to enhance the capacity of the Government of China to improve the law enforcement in human trafficking cycle, building on the data-gathering, victim identification, law and policy, and operational activities that the ILO has been carrying out in recent years.

  1. Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB)

    1 July 2006 - 30 June 2007

    The objective of the project is to facilitate the socio-economic integration of particularly vulnerable target groups among the local migrant community by enabling them to start-up and run their own small social businesses.

  1. ILO PAF-3 Project: Response to HIV/AIDS in the Workplace in Guangdong Province

    1 January - 31 December 2006

    The objectives of the project are to mobilise workplaces in the fight against HIV/AIDS and to alleviate stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS, and reduce HIV/AIDS risk behaviours among target workers.

  2. Informal Economy, Poverty and Employment: an Integrated Approach

    1 February 2004 - 30 June 2006

    The project seeks to achieve its broader goal to reduce poverty through improving the quantity and quality of decent work opportunities for women and men in informal economy.
