  1. Discussion of Preliminary Findings of a Gap Analysis of Alignment of National Legislation, Policies and Programmes with Protocol of 2014 to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930

    Tripartite plus partners will discuss preliminary findings of a gap analysis of alignment of national legislation, policies and programmes with Protocol of 2014 to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930. The Mongolian Bar Association (MBA) is conducting the gap analysis within the framework of the ILO/EU project on Sustaining GSP-Plus Status by Strengthened National Capacities to Improve ILS Compliance and Reporting-Mongolia Phase 2 (GSP+3).
