Business development training for informal businesses

ILO/MONEF Guided Practical Sessions for Trained Facilitators of IN BUSINESS Programme

This training aims at providing an opportunity for trained facilitators to practice their facilitation skills. The training is supported by the ILO project on Promoting Formal Employment for Inclusive and Diversified Economic Growth in Mongolia (MNG/18/01/RBS).

The Mongolian Employers’ Federation (MONEF) is rolling out the ILO In Business programme to assist micro and small business units in the informal economy. As part of its preparatory activities for piloting selected modules, MONEF trained 21 facilitators (including own staff) from industrial associations, local employers’ associations, business development service providers and relevant government organizations in August 2021.

This training aims at providing an opportunity for trained facilitators to practice their facilitation skills in peer learning while also benefitting from the guidance of a national facilitation expert.

  • Quality Control and Productivity;
  • Business Planning for Aspiring Entrepreneurs;
  • Market Vendors;
  • Small Manufacturers;
