Training on Effective Membership Strategies and CRM Deployment to Engage Informal Business Units in Mongolia - Phase 1
In cooperation with the ILO Office for China and Mongolia and the ILO Bureau of Employers’ Activities, the ITCILO will organize this online facilitated course for the Mongolian Employers’ Federation (MONEF) within the framework of the ILO Project on Promoting Formal Employment for Inclusive and Diversified Economic Growth in Mongolia (MNG/18/01/RBS).
OVERVIEW
Well-functioning Employers and Business Member Organizations (EBMOs) exert strong policy influence and provide high quality services to their members. Hence, they enjoy high representativeness covering all segments of their economy.
METHODOLOGY
The mix of learning methodology includes self-paced activities, live webinars to allow expert inputs and exchanges of experiences as well as coaching sessions on the use of the ITCILO CRM.TOPICS
