Brunei Darussalam has been a member State of the ILO since January 2007. The country has ratified two of the ILO’s eight fundamental Conventions, the Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, 1999 (No.182) and the Convention on the Minimum Age, 1973 (No.138).
