    The report documents the research experience, findings and recommendations, as well as the actions taken at the community level. It is believe these can be the bases for a fruitful dialogue among policy-makers, programme planners and impelemters, with the end objective of identifying and devising mechanisms that will protect, remove and keep children away from the production, sale and distribution of illegal drugs and substances.
