3. Taking action to combat violence and harassment in the workplace

This video can be longer and can capture the steps taken by your organization to combat violence and harassment in the workplace.

It can give practical examples of how you are e.g. creating awareness, handling complaints, creating a culture of equality and respect in the workforce etc.

It would be especially helpful if you can highlight successful steps or actions taken that may act as examples for other organizations to follow or replicate.
